Appeals court hearing on Hazleton’s immigration law postponed until August – Republican & Herald
The yearlong wait for a new hearing on Hazleton's immigration law has been extended a little longer. The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia had scheduled arguments for July 27, but the proceedings have been rescheduled to Aug. 15.
