Express Scripts, Medco confident of merger approval – St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Express Scripts' filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission made no comment on what conditions, if any, the FTC may place on its acquisition of the Franklin Lakes, N.J.-based company. The two companies announced their merger plans last July.
