Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 4:56 PM ET) -- French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi SA has partnered with two U.S.-based venture capital firms in a joint investment in biotechnology startup Warp Drive Bio LLC for as much as $125 million, Sanofi announced Tuesday.
