Primo facing class action suit – The Business Journal

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Primo Water, based in Winston-Salem. At least eleven law firms are publicly soliciting potential lead plaintiffs in a suit filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
