Two Liberals cited for financing law violations – CJAD

Two Liberals have been fined for violating Quebec's political financing laws in 2008. A former Liberal candidate for the riding of Masson, David Grégoire, has told Radio-Canada that he accepted cash envelopes twice during his election campaign.
