FTC unveils leniency rules in antitrust probes – China Post

The latest major amendments to the Fair Trade Law were already approved by the Executive Yuan (Cabinet) and then ratified by the Legislative Yuan on Nov. 23. The FTC held a press conference to announce the auxiliary regulations for implementation.
