Blockers, county ready for trial in zoning fight, attorneys say – Naples Daily News

After years in litigation, it seems Collier County and the Blockers are ready to go to court. Attorneys for both sides told Collier Circuit Court Judge Fred Hardt on Friday they were ready to consolidate lawsuits and move forward with a trial.
