W.Va. candidates get reminder on outdoor ad law – RealClearPolitics

West Virginia Transportation Secretary Paul Mattox is giving candidates and political groups a reminder on the state's outdoor sign law. Political signs and stickers are banned from highway shoulders, traffic signs and other right of way locations.
