Quinn urges families to apply for tax credit – KMOV

Quinn signed the earned-income tax credit into law last month. He visited a Chicago tax assistance center Saturday to spread the word about the credit. The new law is effective for the 2012 tax year. It expands the state's earned-income tax credit.
