LegalLaw247.com, January 09, 2012 ) MOUNT, HOREB, WI -- On Saturday January, 7, 2012, at 2:12 AM, Mount Horeb Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Military Ridge Bike Trail parking lot on South First Street in The Village of Mount Horeb. for registration and equipment violations. Further investigation reveled that both subjects were there to pick up used syringes to inject heroin.
Arrested were 26 year old Anthony J Richardson and 21 year old Tyler Wipperfurth, both of Mount Horeb. Richardson was tentatively booked into the Dane
County Jail on one count of felony bail jumping and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Wipperfurth was tentatively booked into the Dane County Jail on one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation hold. The investigation is ongoing.
