Class action lawsuit moving forward against Great Escape Lodge regarding 2008 norovirus outbreak – Saratogian

The class action is being prosecuted by the Albany law firms of Dreyer Boyajian LLP and DeGraff, Foy & Kunz LLP. Following an investigation into the outbreak, the health department required that Six Flags implement infection control measures.
