New Haven businessman may sue again over Oswego County’s trash hauling law – Syracuse Post-Standard

Oswego County, NY -- An Oswego County man says he may have to shut down his business Tuesday and terminate at least 10 employees now that Oswego County has adopted a revised law mandating all waste be deposited at county-run facilities.
