In a Nov. 30 emergency custody hearing, a Florida judge ruled in favor of Parkers ex-fianc, Dale Smith, who remains the prime suspect in her disappearance. The judge ordered that, pending any developments in Parkers disappearance, the twins return full time to the custody of Smith, who the Florida Department of Children and Families called a significant future risk to the children. In the segment, the pair disputed over a $5000 engagement ring, which was lost after Parker threw it at Smith during an argument; the judge ruled that the couple should split the cost of the ring. Shortly after the episode aired, Parker disappeared, believed to be last seen by Smith after she left her children with him.
