Five Madison Heights gas stations guilty of price fixing – The Oakland Press

Four of the suspects pleaded guilty and one pleaded no contest to violating state anti-trust law in a price fixing scheme on five separate days in February and March. The suspects were first charged in Madison Heights 43rd District Court in June.
