Senate passes PIP measure and send to governor – Miami Herald

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The Florida Senate has narrowly passed a bill designed to crack down on the fraud that plagues Florida's mandatory and costly no-fault automobile insurance law. The bill (HB 119) passed late Friday on a 21-19 vote.
