Legislature Passes Homebrew Bill – Channel 3000

MADISON, Wis. -- A bill that would make crucial changes to Wisconsin's homebrew law has passed the Legislature. The bill now moves to Gov. Scott Walker's desk. It would allow home brewers to make and share beer or wine outside their home.
