Legislature approves 10-year phaseout of Ind. inheritance tax – NWI.com

The Republican-controlled House approved the inheritance tax phaseout, 78-17. The Republican-controlled Senate voted 48-0. Republican Gov. Mitch Daniels must agree to the proposal for it to become law.
